Easy with the hammer, otherwise you'll spring the hinge at the body and get the door out of allignment or worst - bend the hinge.

Remove doors & hinge by unbolting from the vehicle and then pressing them out with 20 Ton Press after much penetrating oil and filing off the locking dimple on the bottom of the pin.

Any recommendation as to how to remove front door hinge pins on Pinz?

We're staying in Lajaitas 13-16. Did they check out the HOt Spring on the side of the Rio Grande... I plan to an evening or 2 it's NICE!
