Fuel Tank Slushing Compound
what you are looking for is "Fuel Tank Slushing Compound" ask at your automotive paint store or google it started using it on motorcycles in the early 70's makes a plastic coating on the inside of the tank, pour in the whole quart, slop it around so it gets on everything, then pour it back...

Thanks for your concern I don't know where you got your data, I just go by the manufactures specs on the frame, door sticker, tires, etc Yes, all lights and brakes were hooked up and in excelent condition. 100% legal I never said legal = safe. NC_Mog: I will not take offense, and I do agree with you. this type of tow will not be a regular practice... BTW, this is a SRT8 with big brembo brakes and wide rubber and stiff polly suspension too, load leveling hitch, all gear rated for the tow. I stayed totally on the back roads, speed never exc...
