Congrats on the new 712. [quote="Erik712m"]Now Andy, My experience with linden an Innuendo would be the same as some one who had good experience calling ABSOLUTSECRITY post false or an Innuendo. If I read it correctly, he was informing of poor service from a different vendor. He and the ve...

Vendors

I, for one, am very happy to see people informing us of the good and bad on customer service from vendors. To me, the customer service is everything. If I do not get good customer service in a place, I don't complain even when I should, I just don't go back. I'm the kind of guy that will pay alittle...

Military Pics

Don't be fooled by what you see in ammo cans on military vehicles. When I was in the service, M113a1's have storage space for ammo cans under the troop seats in the rear, (50 cal and 7.62) but we lined the total floor of the troop area with ammo cans and that's what we stood and walked on. We could ...

1st Pinz

See, you made me cry again :D :D :D

I looked at that film, slow motion, and freeze framed. That looked like sidehilling to me. :D :D :D

By the way, I moved.

1st buy.

Well I will give my 2 cents worth. I have been reading, searching the net, and talking to all that will talk. I think I would buy the Pinzgauer 712M as the 1st purchase. I say this as it would fit me and my lifesyle. No a/c so the canvas top, it gets hot here, and the more room. The braking is more ...

Not a Pinz

I talked to two guys in front of the Unit and they gave me the information on the Artic Cats. They must not of had their quota for the month, as they tried to recruit me, wow, I already have over 7 years in the Army and I'm 50 years old. I don't think I would pass the physical. The only time I run n...

Not Pinz, But......

Look what we have in sunny California. National Guard here is a support unit for artic warfare. I think they would have to travel a ways to train, as it does not snow here. This is a little different, odd, and at the sametime great. http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn69/Pathfinder-01/avatar/100_02...

Vehicles

So true, so true. I don't have one tool in my toolbox, and I don't have one rifle that I can hunt everything that I hunt with. I guess that can be true with 4 wheel drives as well. People will rock crawl, mud run, trail ride, and etc.. Make one if you can not find what you need it for. I'm just one ...

For Sale

Wow, From the looks of everything underneath, I would say they converted one of the best 4x4's to strickly a road only rig. From the pictures it looks like Hey Boys and Girls, I started this and for the price, you can finish it. It's just detail work. Sometimes I get lost in details. Thanks for the ...

Scott has some good points. I have a small business that employs 48 people under a S corp. I still carry 10 million in liabilty insurance. Employees, customers, pets, and things from outer space. Then theres the attorney you have on retainer. I better stop here before I get carried away. Good luck a...

I saw a Jeep wrangler with axles, drive train, and tires from a unimog. He's still working on it. It will be interesting to see if the straight six will push all that. I would need a latter get into it. What a monster. I asked him if he wanted a unimog, go buy a unimog. But some just want to see wha...

Ebay listing

I know that allot of people that off road want more power than they have. It's been my experance that I always have the power, even in 4 banger jeeps, but I might loose traction from not having the right tread on my tires. Just me, but I have been wrong before as my wife and kids always seem to remi...
