Thanks for the flyer re PPP, if im at home i will come along for a look , are land rovers allowed to partake ?For some reason i thought the 6x6 would be a lot bigger than that.

Sounds like the 712 is the ultimate machine for what im going to do ,but im just not sure about the practicality of a 6x6 on a day to day basis.
hmmm time will tell , maybe when i get to see one properly my mind will be made .

Insulation ?

Not sure if this has been asked before but is it possible to insulate the canvas top on a 710 / 712 to a decent level to allow camping in winter time ?

Sounds like they are not any worse than land rovers for pottering type maintenance.Can you have a conversation and listen to music while driving or is it just too noisey?
