I was getting coffee at Tim-Hortons today and I saw a wel maintaied 710 heading east on Louheed Hwy. today . Is there any one on this site that may have been out my way ? My kids spotted it first , they love to watch videos of the Pinzgauers on You-tube .

Up in B.C. the BFG,MT is common . They are a tough tire , however they are not known to have a strong side wall . I currently run the Goodyear MTR on my Jeep and have no problems with sidewall cuts . If you hang aroun atv shops , lookat there drive train . they have a little bellos type breather , I modified some to work on my Jeep . No water will get sucked in .

Yes starting up my own shop . Until I have a Pinz. to work from I can only list off the mods that I think that would make . Bumpers , tire carriers , exocages , wheel spacers / adapters , tool mounts and snorkles .

I've looked around , on the shipping for bumpers , very $$ . Road trips sound fun...... , once or twice a year . I do plan on traveling to SEMA once my shop is running , so a Nov. road trip would a be easy 2 day trip .

I may have the opertunity to get 2 710 k's that are in parts , one in the proces of a jeep 4.0 L install . Would it be possible to make a 712 out of the parts ? I know that I would need the short center tubes and rear leaf-spring mounts . Can it be done ?

So it look's like a narow 34' tire will work . The Interco Super Swamper # sam 21 is 34" x 9" on a 16" rim .

I know that the question of tires has been to death , what tires last a long time on the pinz. ? I know on a older Ford truck they don't seem to last more than 50k due to the camber chainges . Once I get my pinz. I plan on installing some 34" x 9.5 16 swampers . If I could I'd get Simex tires b...
