I was never able to find an exact match for it. Someone else sent me an original steering wheel, and then later on I wound up cutting the "magical silver spaceship" steering wheel, and drilling and tapping the boss to accept a standard bolt-on steering wheel.

Don't take this the wrong way (any of you) but I'd think a Pinzgauer would be the better suited vehicle to convert to electric. Smaller, lighter IIRC, and an even lower horsepower engine, and there's lots of em around.

The military models are often just that way. The radiators are thinner than the civil ones and they do run hot in those conditions.
