Just a guess but is the transfer case fully engaged either in hi or low range?

What sort of mount did you use? A custom bumber or plate that goes into the front pin?

I don't have any pictures of mine but it was very similar to what Andre posted. I had a good customer of mine make it for me here locally.

Just clicked on that link, Scott's prices are very reasonable. That 9500 lb unit is very tempting for the price.

I bought one from Scott and have been extremely pleased with it.

If you haven't already ordered a new switch, remove it and look at the face of the hazard switch for corrosion of any kind and clean it then try reinstalling. Worked for me when I had the same problem.

Always a sure sign of a good weekend of wheeling! Unfortunately, I didn't notice the water in there before the lamp blew Oh well, all fixed up now. Many more pics and hopefully a few videos in the next few coming days. Now back to cleanup and fluid changes.
