Windscreen thickness?
Hi.
I had to smash them out and stupidly did not measure the thickness before disposal.
Does anyone know, definitively, what the thickness of the glass is? Or willing to put a micrometer across the safari window for me
Ever grateful
Steve

Re: Mercedes G wagon power steering query
Umm. That shows a low pressure pipe Into the bigger port and high pressure into the smaller one. So looks like I had it back to front. Thanks As a secondary question I'm useing a 300tdi engine to drive the pump. In the landrover discovery 1 there was no cooling for the power steering but when I look...

Mercedes G wagon power steering query
Can someone who has done this please confirm that the hose from the PS pump feeds into the larger of the 2 ports on the MB steering box and the smaller of the 2 ports feeds back to the resevoir?

Running out of oil in the sump?
I really appreciate being able to ask what I suspect are silly questions. As a hobbiest, once the Internet has been exhausted, it's great to be able to throw out questions. I've transplanted a landrover 300tdi, auto box into my tgb13. All is well. I've plumbed in a new radiator, intercooler and oil ...

I tried to find a source for pattern rubbers but nothing. This is what I came up with. Not done it yet though, read it from the bottom up ----------------------------------------------------- Hi Steve Yes that is correct. Photos of passenger footwell
Hi all
Would you be willing to provide me with some photos of the c303/4 passenger footwell.
Mine has been restored and I've lost some of the holes in the engine bay. See attached
I could do with a reference point.
Many thanks
Steve

Re: Parabolic springs anyone?
I knew I had spoken to someone who had put rear landrover 101 parabolic springs on a c303 As it happens this is the truck we were discussing. The owner has tried to sell it a few year earlier http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLVO-TGB-1111-C303-4X4-PORTAL-AXLE-FORESTRY-OFFROADER-LANDROVER-/152091922183?has...

Body section jointing
Hi all
I'm getting ready to put my c304 cab back together and was wondering if there is a modern equivalent of the putty that I scraped off the from between the top and bottom sections of the cab.
Neoprene?
Any one with experience?
