Try REI if you have one, or some place that sell ropes and maps. They'll know more than best buy. There are subscription-based satellite beacons that are probably the best and most reliable. Some of these have text messaging ability. I think I found those at cabellas actually.

My brother talked to a guy that owned one of these, said they are absolutely built like tanks. He was terrified to think about how fast it had to be going to get it as far off the ground as that green one.

Did you let the smoke out?

Mine got stuck on a bad linkage so I turned it off. Even after I turned it off it continued to smoke because of the "return to rest position" feature. I had to pull all the wires out of the wiper motor to stop it from melting down completely.

I'm certainly not an expert but the Internet is telling me the transit van MK6 (2000-2006) and MK7 (2007-20014) has a 5x160 PCD. Is there some other dimension of that wheel that does not fit?

Or am I looking at the euro specs?

There is a guy on these forums that fitted his 710 with air springs. You should find it in a search.

He is no longer active here, as I have tried a few times to contact him with no response. He lived in southwest Utah.
