Hello Marcus,
did you reset the warning valve? If not, this could be the cause of the problem or the defect in the other brake servo. Just open it up and see if there's brake fluid in it, then you'll know.
Regards
Uli

Re: Where does my brake fluid go?
You have to pull off the main membrane, then a metal pin approx. 15mm wide will appear in the groove. Lay the brake booster on its side, the cotter pin points downwards, press the siphon lid in very lightly ... lift the whole thing up once and let it fall onto the table with a jerk, then the cotter ...

Re: FRONT BRAKES, WHEEL CYLINDERS AND OTHER STUFF
If you haven't had any success yet, here is another tip. One of the highest points in the braking system is with the brake boosters. There is no vent screw here. You can only open the banjo screw and try to get some air out of the system. Otherwise, the only thing that helps is a lot of patience and...

Re: Newbie with some Questions
To deactivate the automatic all-wheel drive, the 4 cables on the transfer case must be loosened. The black / white cables must be connected. Isolate the other two black cables, they are not connected anywhere. then you can continue to use the all-wheel switch in the dashboard and the automatic conne...

Re: Air intake before filter
The part is only used with the 3-part intake manifold. I did not include it when converting from 1-part to 3-part. Works fine.

Re: 4WD electronics
Are you shure that the new Valve is working the right way?
It should open if you put power on it.
If it is closed, you have vakuum and 4WD is OFF.

Re: 4WD electronics
If 4WD ist NOT engaged, the Valve is working.
Without electricity the Valve opens, and 4WD is engaged.
If you can hear the Valve, may be there is some dirt in the air intake of the valve.
If you take of the hose of the Valve 4WD should be engaged.

Re: How to reconnect a hose to a windshield washer nozzle
Hi Marcus,
you have to take the nozzle out. There is no other way to connect the hose to the nozzle.

Re: Flange Leak
Hello Jim, I bought a complete set for € 40. The shaft seal has the original size. The repair sleeve is very thin. Installation tool is included. Takes a few minutes. Very easy to assemble. Under no circumstances make it hot. The parts are available from Claas (Friese in the C303.de Forum) in German...

Re: Volvo C303 - uneven braking
If the pressure in all tires is the same I first would give the right side one more klick to the brake shoes.
You have to try that out. May be there is only one brakeshoe possible to move nearer to the drum.
