Fyi- I just ran that tag in the Ford system. The part IS 4138552, engineering # is YC151007DE.
Also, this wheel is not part of the FOMOCO USA parts stream. I'm told the Ford 16 x 6 1/2 USA part# is YC151007DA.

Naa.. I now have new 26/27/28mm 1/2 sockets..
Nut off, soaked in PB Blaster penetrant for 2 hrs, nut back on for 4 turns, wiggled till it popped up on the spring.

Mine are all the same color, too.. But it's just what's left of the Utah desert stuck to them. It wipes off a lot easier than overspray.
