Re: Ignition Switch, Dash Wiring, and Electric Fuel Pump Woes
Figured it out. Wiper motor has an internal short. Seems to be that circuit breaker didn't open up properly and burned the trace inside the ignition switch for the smaller of two terminals labeled 15.

Ignition Switch, Dash Wiring, and Electric Fuel Pump Woes
When ignition switch is turned on, should all 7 terminals on the switch be at +24V? It really seems that way. I have one terminal (I believe #15 based on the wiring diagram) that has continuity with ground when the switch is in either position. I checked breaker #10 which it appears to serve and got...

Re: 75 710M on auction site
Didn't watch the auction, pre-bid was up to $3500.
Typical Copart live auction multiplier is 2X, so it may have sold for as much as $7k.
It was not listed as a runner.
The fact that it has a lien on it is a concern without seeing the paperwork.

Re: Sacrilege? Lowered ride height?
cant you just deflate the tires when entering the garage???? x2 Where is the like button :) Yeah, that was my first thought. Asked the current owner when I saw the car - said he had already tried that, at least down to 10psi. Showed me the scar on his garage opening. Assuming any lower there is a g...

Re: Sacrilege? Lowered ride height?
Thanks, guys. I am no stranger to renovations, but in this case I think the vehicle would need to give way. The garage is full on brick and masonry construction (Not just facade) and has a good 25yrs of seniority on any Pinz. Anything I am missing as far as downsides of the air suspension, other tha...

Sacrilege? Lowered ride height?
Pondering a 710K, but it appears it won't fit through 80" garage door opening. Don't want the Pinz to have to sit out during rainy season. Have thought about different set of wheels/tires for storage - too much work. Have considered taking off wheels and bolting on heavy duty low profile frames...
