Use the special fan locking pliers and a breaker bar. Torque = 67 Nm.
67NM in case you have a M14 Nut, 150NM if you have the M16

Re: Dog House Cracked

I only sanded the surface, no special treatment with primer.
I've used a Kevlar scissor to cut the raw fabric and a small angle grinder (Proxxon LHW 28547) to cut the excess on the dog house.

Re: Bell housing oil leak

I would recommend replacing the timing cover gasket (7101010141) as well. This is a simple task and you don't need to purchase any additional tools to remove the rear main seal when you take the cover off. Remember that there is an additional metal cover/thrower (7101020201) on the crankshaft. Just ...

Re: Central tube full of gear oil?

It's not normal, but I think most of the pinzgauers have at least a bit of oil in the Central tube. O-RING 179-3C/69 (9023776 - Number 3 in the picture) or SHAFT SEALRING A42X55X8-VI 468 (9023860 - Number 8 in the picture) are leaking in this case. pic_Pinzgauer_710-712_(Benzin)_091.02.04_Lagerhals....
