built mine with trex if you have a table saw it's a very easy project,probably less than 30$ materials thats the cheapest way. Otherwise Tims (SWPA) are very nice. I have one of his bumpers he is a very talented fabricater.

I see that the arizona senate will be voting whether to exempt vehicles 25yrs old from emissions testing. Hopefully this will pass AZ sb1324

led lights
I bought 4 oval led lights from buytruckstuff.com made by ASL have not had a chance to mount them yet so I can't tell you much else. They are rated for 12-38 volts so they should work. Will mount them when the Phoenix heat goes away{ october }.

I saw a pinz at Big Bear 7 or 8 years ago that had a linex exterior thought it looked good and would stand up to scrathes from brush.

Great pix of your trip I lived at Tahoe for 16 years, many trips to the hot springs all while WW rafting. I'm starting to think portable might be the answer. I have been storing it in a fat 50cal. ammo can, can you run it in the open can or will that hinder cooling? I am getting ready to install my viair 24 volt compressor it is rated for constant duty, do I need a tank and if so is 1 gallon big enough? Also am planning to install behind drivers seat, any other ideas on locations out there?

I am thinking about removing the safety screen between the cab and cargo area on my 710m . I have removed the rear canvas and roll bar for the summer to protect the canvas from uv deteriation[ I cover the cab with a tarp] will removing the screen have an adverse effect on the body . kevin

I have seen pinz fiberglass and plastic front tops on other pinzies and have been unable to find any for sale. Does anyone know where to find one? I would like to take my soft top off for the summer,the phoenix sun is brutal on vinyl. Kevin
