Auto electric for dummies

Alright guys. I will be the first to admit I am handicapped when it comes to auto electric.

Question is this-- I am hooking up some 24 volt items, interior lights, exterior off road lights. Is there a 24 volt fuse or will 12 volt fuses work?????????????

JIm,

First of all the lights look great.

Just wondering if they are mounted on the bumber and second of all, how far from the face of the bumper they extend out??

Andy,

If I ever find a good replacement I will let you know about the wiper motor.

Well, I had a feeling there was only so much I could do. I do use rain-x. Great product.

Is the plastic button that attaches the motor arm to the wiper available or do I need to fabricate something???

Windshield wiper system

I know this subject has probably been beaten to death, however, I cannot imagine how anyone can stand the military style wiper system on the pinz. I even have a brand new wiper motor on mine. Sooooooooooooo, jump in here anyone and tell me about what you have done to beef up this wimpy system. I can...

I have mine insured through State Farm. However, I have it insured as part of a fleet program.

I kusually take my pinz to Atalntic Beach area. In October I have reservations to put it on the ferry and take it to Portsmith Island. No...

Well, sorry you chose to move to rust county. I just bought my Pinz in 2005. However, you are welcome to come down and visit any time. I love taking my pinz on the beach. Actually I have reservations to take mine on the ferry to Portsmith Island, near the outer banks in October. Stay in touch. I can...

Yep

Cut out for the locking handles and the side plates. The difference was amazing. Again, they make 2 types. I used the soft rubber, not the foam.

Jer, I used the foam rubber rapping they put on A/C lines. It comes in 4 ft. lengths and is slit on one side. I found it in Home Depot in plumbing section I believe. They make two types. One is foam, the other is foam rubber. The foam rubber fits well and has quieted my engine noise considerably. Fo...
