When you unbolt the mount from the lower crossmember and lift the engine an inch, all will be revealed  It is wise to loosen the other mount bolt(or remove it) to prevent over stress when lifting the engine  Denis told me about the come a long method a couple years back, the roll bar ma...

Ok here is a way to begin, pull the engine cover, take the cap off of the antena mount on the cab, then support the engine with a come along . Remove the mount bracket, and then drill out the broken studs or mig weld a nut to each broken stud and use a wrench to remove the remains  you can the...

One overlooked item is the wire from the distributor to the coil(-), if the terminal end corrodes you will get a loss of spark. I have fixed a few hard/no starts by cleaning the contacts  Get a float level guage to check the carbs, check the shutoff solonoids, then make sure you have a good sp...

Well, here is an affordable idea for you, not only will it work, it is cost effective. Make it like my trigger wheel and instead of teeth, have a ring of alluminum or steel cut to form an extention to the rear of the crank pulley, machine the belt groove into the ring and then align and drill , tap ...

I suggest you go drive a Pinz if you are interested in one or you will be wasting your time and money. A good running Pinz (710M )will do 65mph(fast enough for an overglorified tractor) As far as what the driveline will take, I wouldn't push much past 125hp . If you take the time to search th...

You wire the controller directly to the rear battery for 12 volt source. It's the 12v signal wire(trigger)that is a bit tricky, I put 2 12v LED bulbs in line to cut the 24v brake sense/trigger wire to 12v. It's really a no brainer  The blue and white wires from the controller then get hooked t...

Guys, my truck did not roll , it went over on it's rt side.(the trailer rolled) I was pulling a 710M on my car trailer behind my 710M at 46 mph when it happened. I contribute the mis-hap to small errors that added up . 1 the load should have been a few inches further forward, 2 the weight distributi...

The Throttle body is 60mm off a ford 4.6L modular engine(92-95 T bird or Lincoln town car). I'll be getting it to the dyno next week as I have the dreaded jury duty the rest of the week  Hey Jake can you re-post fan balance info and where to send them?, I can't find a mailing address on your ...
