First make sure the t-case is in gear, if it is the clutch , just pull the trans and replace the failed parts.

Just use 24 volt bulbs and reverse the connections on the housings :wink:
24v bulbs are keyed 180 deg from 12 volt bulbs.

There is nothing wrong with the guage, the sending unit does not go to the bottom of the tank by design. Therefore when the guage hits reserve, you have about 5 gallons or 20 liters of fuel left.

Hey Walt, Yes, the rear diffs can stay together and be slid back together. Then remove the transfer case.
I have done a few t-cases (710 and 712), call me if you need help.

In short, us "old timers" use water to create steam, which breaks loose carbon build up.
Of course, it takes common sense and skill to use this method :shock:

use a 19mm wrench from your tool kit :wink: If a plug is loose in the head just remove the wire from the cap and remove plug with wire attached. Remove the wire by using the plug socket and a wrench :roll:

Patrick at http://www.coldwarremarketing.com has the correct breakers (8 amp)brand new , and also offers them in 15 amps. While the aftermarket marine type breakers will work, you will have to modify(HACK) the harness to accept them :shock: There's nothing nicer than a "direct fit" replace...

Tim, did you ever replace the #12 breaker after the leg shorted off? I know you moved the circuit, thats when the locker lights stayed live :shock:
