One possibility if you did not replace the old base gaskets, there is a tab on one of the throttle shaft washers that can contact the tin and stick almost wide open.

Both frames are done and on the Haflinger now. I will cover them soon and post more pictures.
The cactus borders(looms over) the driveway(17ft), there are 2 of them. They are a night blooming type and bear Dragon fruit.
When it blooms, it blooms 300+ large pale yellow stinky flowers :!:

Cylinder length varies 128-130mm. The shorter cylinders are more commonly found on 6x6 variants. Jetting is used for the rest. On cams, the steel billet itself varies, they can have 1 of 3 different sized bore end plugs, all the ones I send for re grinding/profiling have the same starting profile. T...

Just look at the wear area on the input splines and you will be fine. If I remember correctly, only the units with 180mm clutch use the spacer between engine and trans.

My advise is to count the turns out and use that as starting point to adjust fork/collar centering.(only final adjust after mated with central tube/drive line). The pin centers and limits side play of collar, 1-1/12 turns out from seated (while engaged)should work fine. It will not engage if off cen...

Just replace the O ring behind the shim and bearings / seals in each hub 1 at a time so no parts get mixed. All shimming should stay the same 99.9% of the time.
