some of the European folks have used the Smart car seats. I don't think the wife would let me take her seats out and try them in my pinz, so I will have to take their word that they fit.

I have done 8 sets of aftermarket seats for people. By far the best seats have come out of Honda car products. I personally have the CRX seats in my 710 and prelude seats in my 712. Geo seats also work although not as low a profile as Honda. About half of the sets I have done were on stock frames. T...

Did you contact EI? They used to sell them some years ago. May still have them but not on website. If I recall there was a name on the bottom of mine of the company that printed them, too dark to see right now.

things are good in pinz world again

After a rough month things are good in my pinz world again. My 712 had a bad coil which was hard to find and let a friends son drive my 712 pinz for short time and wouldn't you know it clutch had a total failure. My 710 was down with a #4 spark plug blown out of its cylinder and awaiting its new eng...

First you are correct with your statements for a, current, water cooled, higher horse powered motor. The pinz runs an old air cooled motor, lower gear ratios, lower top end rpm's and relies on torque for performance not horse power. The pinz is not a speed racer nor a diesel so moving air is not as ...

They have done a ton of work for me on my work trucks and back when I was part of the jeep crowd.

They knew exactly what I was looking for when I mentioned the need for a high resistance muffler and that torque was my main concern with the Pinz setup.

When it became time for a new muffler on my 710 I took it to a local muffler shop. I had them install a high resistance muffler and tailpipe fittings to the location shown in attached photo. Total cost was $135.00 for muffler, tailpipe, hangers and labor. My 712 was $200 and it ends out the rear of ...
