For the record the Haffy pump from SAV does not fit the Pinz as is. I removed the chrome ring the original pump goes in. The ring is two parts: an inner and outer ring that screw together. I was able to bore out the hole in the side of the dash larger to make the Haffy pump snap right in. Looks real...

Let the resto begin!

I have the back of the truck torn down to the "flat bed". I'm just doing a "spruce up" more than a restoration. Fixing some minor rust issues that were appearing. Starting stripping paint off the tailgate today. There must be 10 layers of paint on the truck! I found a weird seam ...

Ugh. I'm afraid mine looks like that inside. I just won't look.

Not sure if it's my rear main seal or the gasket for the timing cover, but I've definitely got an oil leak there somewhere.

I got a 2 part eurethane that is meant to be used to repair plastic bumper covers. It comes in a caulk like tube. I haven't tried it yet. It's on my list to do.

I just got a generic one at an auto parts store and used the glue to mount it. Works great.

Wow that looks great! My paint is really flaking off in places now. I'm going to have to start stripping and painting.

Nice! I still can't get into the forest anywhere, there's still about 3-4 feet of snow blocking all the access roads!

Well that wasn't the issue with mine. The shaft that goes through the number wheels ends in a silver metal gear. The shaft was spinning free in that gear, so the gear wouldn't turn anything else. I tried just a dab of JB weld on it. Haven't tested it yet. That crimp/face ring was a PITA to get back ...

BTT! Noticed my odometer is not working today.

I'll give this a try. Anyone know if you can order just a replacement lens somewhere? Now would be the time since I'll have it apart.

Nice set-up. I'ld love to get a Haffy, but it's probably cheaper to just get a Polaris side by side or something. Certainly not as cool, though.
