7.5-8 qts with filter :wink:
All fluid capacities are listed in repair manual(a MUST for every Pinz owner) :roll:

The hardest part of my install was pulling the tank to add a fuel return line :shock:
The rest was fairly straight forward, and a little time consuming :roll:

Premium burns cooler :twisted:
You can run the timing around 10 deg btdc without pinging with premium.

Yes, you should buy a service manual as there is info galore inside :!:
The lever comes out the top, not the bottom. The hard part is getting the roll pin out of the pivot pin, for the rest you pull the knob off the lever and start lifting off pieces till you get to the lower boot :wink:

$65 bucks buys you a small porta power at Harbour frieght.
I have used several types of tools and love the porta power the best, of course you have to be careful :wink:
I use a wide chisel for the wedge. I break it loose on one side, then move it to the other side to finish the removal process :)

The gasket between the bowl and the base may be coming loose, or the trottle shaft bore may be worn causing a vac leak, or (if equiped), the throttle shaft seals may be deteriorating.

I have a project ahead of me, Dave had to thin out his fleet to make room for the new Mog. Now all I have to do is build 1 N.A. drivetrain for him and I get the 2nd one for me :mrgreen:

As one who can speak from "experience", the cage is very integral in structural strength :shock:
I would say 50%, and it is an S.O.B. to straighten back to square once it is bent :x
