This guy has the right docs on wiring a BN4 in pinzs.
Too bad the resolution is too low. I will try to ask for better photos.

Re: Engine conversion
I once drove a Pinz with a VW 1.9TD motor and it was great. I believe there are a few of those. Never managed to talk to anyone that actually did the conversion.

Re: Need help re-installing BN4 heater
Adam,
Just did a rebuild of my BN4, removed about a pound of carbon deposits from the burner can. Quite a job to get to it. Now I am having the same question you had... the brown wires!!! I can't recall which one goes to the pump!... No worries, I will figure it out, there are diagrams online!

Double belt pulley
I will be installing an AC in my 710K and need help with the double belt pulley, anyone with experience on this topic? I have seen three ways of doing it. Two of them look like welding a of the shelf (or modified of the shelf) pulley to the front of the original Pinz pulley. The other method, to ass...

Help to build double pulley
Anyone with some extra time, tools and experience to build a double pulley? I would remove original from my truck and ship it to the kind person. Will pay reasonable money for time and materials. Thanks,
JC

Will check... seems much better now after second adjustment. Need to check opposite side first.

Re: Front suspension bangs
I have the same issue. I bought the truck 10 years ago, and as soon as I hit the first pothole I said, time for new shocks. Ordered a full set from SAV, changed the front two and.... absolutely no change. The damn thing feels horrible. But everything looks perfect, new shocks, springs look good, no ...

Re: Pull to left when braking (wheel lock)
I was reading this post as I am dealing with a bit of the same problem. I adjusted all brakes about 6 month ago. Recently I started to experience a left back wheel lock when braking hard. Normal braking is uneventful, with minimum pulling, but any significant increase in braking power ends with the ...

Re: Idle vs Main Fuel Jets? Hot climate base?
To completely get rid of the hesitation at 1000-1500 rpms, I went to 65 idle jets. Now problem is completely gone, truck runs like never before... but, why? Manual calls for 60 jets!
Now I can set the idle screws to something normal, between 1.5 and 2.

Dorotheum Auctions Results May 2018
I just came back from the second Dorotheum auction in Austria this year. Went last April, the truck I wanted, a 712K, went for Euro17.5K + 22% auction fee!!!! The truck was nice but definitely not in my price range. Yesterday, May 8, two more 712Ks went for 16K and 17.5K again, but these were not as...

Re: WTB: BN4 Heater exhaust pipe
Bought some of that flex pipe too. If anyone needs a bit of it to replace the first section, I may have enough. Would be nice to share, shipping cost from UK was expensive.

Re: Can't split window assembly from lower part of door
Many thanks Paul. What is the standard for reassembling? Put something back in between or just some rubber for quick top removal?

Can't split window assembly from lower part of door
Sorry if it has been posted, but can manage to find on the forum any advice to split the top from the door bottom part. I removed bolts and screws but it all feels almost like welded. Don't want to bend anything!!
Any advice?

Eberspacher Exhaust Length and blower requirement
My BN4 exhaust needed to be replaced, specifically the first section. I managed to get in 40mm ID flex exhaust pipe from the UK that should work nice, but I was trying to figure out why there is always some smoke coming out of the front of the battery box. So I found that the exhaust is not a closed...
