That's awesome! Don't even get me started on the municipal drinking water disaster. Can't wait to see it.

Re: Fat Fabrications westward bound.
Sorry to hear that, problems on the road away from your support base are never fun. Wheel bearing on the truck? That's a random one. I keep an extra hub assembly for all our trailers in the tool box for that reason. Haven't had to use one yet...

Re: LED Headlights randomly going out
Posting to update this old thread with the solution. It was the voltage regulator. It was replaced last winter and I have not had an issue since.

I'm sure that is a lot of fun. Would love to take the time for something like that one day.

Congratulations!!! One thing I'll mention, be very cautious of putting too much downward strain on the front attachment point. Pulling straight is just fine but down is a no-go. Otherwise it looks very similar to mine when I first picked her up

Re: Center Tube diff lamp
The switch is actually mounted to the "witches hat" that has oil in it - not the central tube - so the oil comes from there. It is accessed from a cover in the central tube so its confusing. Whether or not to replace it is a question related to how much oil is leaking and your tolerance l...

Is the switch you are referring to SAV PN 7103322970 ?pcolette wrote:The switch that is beneath that cover is made of metal with a plastic insert. Over time the two pieces seem to loosen and separate slightly allowing oil to seep in to the cover. The only fix I've found is replacing the switch.

Center Tube diff lamp
Hi All,
I have discovered the source of a small leak on the Pinz, it seems that the diff switch window gasket (SAV PN 7101312071) is compromised and need to be replaced. I was however surprised to see oil coming from here, is it normal to have oil behind this gasket? Pic attached.

It came missing one rubber cord/rope. I ordered it in October and it arrive in late March. It is certainly a huge improvement over what I had, which was a crispy original top with broken windows...
