Re: Topic Moved
I meant it for the Engine section which it is now at. Anyway, please post in the correct areas. Two people here keep posting in general chat for everything and I don't know why that is. Thanks.

Re: Be extra careful of spammers
I came back from being out for half the day and had over 25 new accounts, all fake. I put in a new "human tester" question which has stopped them cold so we are clean again.

Be extra careful of spammers
For some reason the site is being hit again by a massive amount of fake accounts within the last two days. They appear to be mostly from Russian or Hungarian servers. I think I deleted all of them but let me know in case I miss a fake post or you get any weird messages.

Do you have a larger version of that one in the lower left? Im curious how that hinge/support is made. That would look good on my other Steyr door.

The notice is a little short for most people. You might have more fun at Hungry Valley by the way. There are some good practice obstacles that can help you get used to your ride. http://www.riderplanet-usa.com/atv/trai ... e_413b.htm

Re: Going to auction tomorrow..:(
Seeing first-hand how a Pinz can be kept in Customs for almost a year due to simple paperwork not being filed, I can understand. Gov/storage fees can stack up so high that you end up with twice the purchase cost so you either spend $1000's more or let it go. I can easily see how it can reach a point...

Re: Sound deadening in humid climates?
But if you coat over a zinc spray, you aren't getting good adhesion for whatever liner or paint goes on top. Those sprays don't lay on like typical auto paint or primer. This has been discussed a lot but in my opinion, based on witnessing some scary results, it's a bad idea to use spray-on liners in...

Re: Really stuck locker piston
Thanks for the tips. I soaked in parts cleaner, then PB for a while (that's what I had on hand). The coolest advice came from someone who suggested using a grease gun. I found a metric grease nipple at Pepboys that thread into it and applied grease and it came right out. I feel stupid for not thinki...

Really stuck locker piston
Looking for ideas on how to get a piston out of a slave cyl.. It's stuck in there pretty good. Using the hyd. hose hooked to the master isn't budging it and I assume air won't be much better. (plus I dont have air anymore)

Rockwells? What's the point of having the truck then? Why not set up a big family van with a big-ass 7.3 diesel? I'll never understand some people. He must be friends with that 6x6 Gwagen dude.
