Needle Valve replacement option ?

I know that Swiss Army has the Needle Valve in stock but I was wondering if any one knows of an alternative/cross ref match maybe from Porsche ?

Looking for a local source vs. waiting for UPS delivery.

The Porsche ones are too small (.150) Pinz uses (.175 or Unimog .200).
