Don't know if this is the correct forum, but guess since it has to do with ingesting water, it might work.
Factory specs show water fording max at 27". Just looking at mine with the doghouse off the other day, it seems that it should at least go to the top of the tires (which are 31 inches for stock) before it hits anything, even on a stock engine. Am I missing something?

I would expect Puch would have done a worse case analysis; truck loaded to max
and a wee bit of additional margin.

I've drove mine trough water with water flowing in the air tunnel ...never had problems with it

The transmission has a vent that is about 27” up. The rest of gearboxes, I cannot figure out how they are vented.
