Alternative Float Level Check - Not Recommended

Post by ExpeditionImports »

I guess it might work, but probably not the best option for checking your fuel level in the float chamber.....BTW....this would be considered an unusable core......I realize we must be picky!

Cheers,

Scott

Gimme a hot second with the TIG and viola.....a float chamber with a TIG repair!

In other words, a turd is still a turd no matter how its polished.

Lemme guess, plugged for use by the owner with a sheet metal screw, right?

One can be taught new and better things, but never is the IQ raised.

In the words of many...can't fix stupid.

Hey - brilliant idea ! All you got to do now is drill another hole about half an inch below the one shown. Then fix one of those tiny gauge glasses they have on model boilers. One on each carb. Graduated card behind them. Precise fuel levels at a glance !!!

....... I'm just off to the Patent Office......... then the Doctor's about these headaches ! :)
