Starter allen wrench size?

A 6mm is to big, a 5.5 is to small, never heard of a 5.75 and though I have a hundred allen wrenches, not one seams to fit properly?

If they are holding the solenoid on they are 6mm unless someone forced in non metrics.

Problem solved, put on my old man 2.50 magnifier glasses and found the wrench in my 6mm slot of my kit was not a 6mm, don't know how, or who did this, as many have access to my garage as I have a underground lift in it, my kids and friends use my garage and tools. It looked identical to the others but was not.
A new 6mm Allen wrench now entered the Pinz tool box as there are allot of 6mm Allen bolts on this vehicle.
