Transmission Input shaft

Trying to get my parts ordered. I have to change out the input shaft on the transmission due to a grove that has warn in it. Noticed it when i pulled the clutch. When changing this shaft what other parts (gaskets, seals ect) do i need? Thank ahead...... Shawn

you might be able to use a repair sleeve if proper size is avalible.

You will have to split the trany case to replace the input shaft and take it from me you dont want to open up that can of worms. :oops:

been there take it a step at a time! your lucky you know where the problem is, one of my transfer gave out in my pinz and i could pin point where the problem was i ended up taking it all apart to find the problem!

Man that looks like a project from .....! :lol: I don't mind spilting the case (been in a tranny or two) but sure would like to know gaskets, seals ect that i will need and a few i might need. When doing it i would like to tear down and build it back in the same eve. Keeps thing fresh on where they go-went-might fit :roll:
