The clutch is working fine, but I notice that at highway speed it rattles a little. If I touch the pedal slightly it goes away...or pull it forward slightly. Can I adjust it so that there is no space between the arm and the stop?
Thanks!

Per Repair manual page 51 fig. 96, 1mm clearance between the rod tip and the master cylinder piston.

There is. Earplugs.
Re: Clutch Pedal rattle
I find it amazing that you can pick out individual rattles in your vehicle. I have one I cannot locate (seems to be on the right side) while moving and when I stop it stops...Hmmmmmmm.

Only reason I found it was because my foot brushed against the clutch pedal and it went away. It is fairly new though....or I think it is...krick3tt wrote:I find it amazing that you can pick out individual rattles in your vehicle. As for the ear plugs...well I have a pack of buds in my new centre console!!

Re: Clutch Pedal rattle
 It may also be less noticeable if you slow down to 55 – 60 mph, traveling at “Highway speeds” maybe a bit much for the Pinz.
