Hydraulic Flex Hoses

Post by bikmakr »

Can someone let me know each function in order from drivers' to passenger side of the hydraulic hoses that run just under the air intake plenum to the drive-line.
(under the fan belt) I have an abrasion in the first one (drivers side) and want to know how important that one is.
Thx

Best thing would be to trace the hard line back to it's end point.

On a hunch I assumed the documentation didn't reflect my setup.

I had a leaky leaky 4WD line due to rubbing against the engine.
Sure enough what was supposed to be the 4WD hydraulic turned
out to be the brake line. I put a cable tie on the line and a string
then patiently worked it back to the source then the Ahha moment.
Or just replace all the flex hoses assuming one bad all are suspects,
then there's no question which line to bleed

On mine the left most (driver's side) flex hose is the rear brakes. I've never compared the hose order between my Pinz's but I suppose there could be some variance.
