broken wheel lugs

i recently broke two of my wheel lugs on an offroading trip when i got back i took the wheel off and couldn't figure out if the lugs were welded in place? or if they needed to be pressed out? or if the whole portal axle needed to come out? any insight would be appreciated!

They are splined and pressed in. Soak them well with penetrant, bang them to break up the rust and press them out.

i looked it up and it seems that the lug nuts should be tightened to 150 pounds?
I ordered the parts from swiss army vehicles today and am going to Malaysia for a month the 28th do you think i can expect to have this done by then?
