Headlight replacement

My headlights aren't as bright as I think they should be. Do I need new bulbs or something?

Hahaha tough crowd
I went ahead and installed the EI Hella 70/75 H4's the other day. I assumed they were going to be the E-code lens but DOT's showed up instead. No matter, once they take a rock hit I'll go back to the better Euro lens. I lost my city light too. Next time, next time...
