Turn Signal lever is Stuck?

Post by Gear »

Hello Everyone,
I am having trouble getting the turn signal lever to go up and down. It seems to be binding. For the most part it is left turn(pushing down) when it binds. I took it apart but did not see anything out of the ordinary. Any thoughts!

Thanks

Mine became sticky and difficult too. Sprayed it with Elec contact cleaner and then added a little teflon lube to the moving parts. If anything it is a little too easy to kick off to the neutral position, but I no longer fear breaking the lever every time I change lanes. (yes despite living in Denver I use my signal lights)

Thank You Winter Beater. Took it apart again and cleaned it up. Added a little lubricant and it works great now. Thanks
