That looks like a Fernco plumbing pipe adapter. Home Depot and others carry them: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Fernco-4-in- ... ctc7hYZGj4
You'd just need to find the appropriate size.

Just knowing it is not a true vehicle part and can be gotten at any plumbing store is a good indicator of the possibilities. Going to have to
