A McGyver is okay, provided it's stout enough for the job.
Yes, Paul U. - the factory one I have is the part no. 905.3.31.301.0 and is like the picture from the parts book posted.
It's a hefty, well-made tool - as it should be.

I made myself one and ended up re making it a second time to ensure its safe operation.
