Diesel tail lights - Stop/Running lights?

Diesel tail lights - Stop/Running lights?

Ok please look at this pic. The green arrows are the brake and the red arrow is the running light? I've been looking at it for a long time and I cant decide.

I believe its a reflector..not a light

I believe it is L to R ... running, back up, ref, brake, turn.
