Just figured I'd throw out a couple of pics of what I have been doing lately.

- Here's that storage drawer with finish Powder coating.

- I couldn't open it all the way without it wanting to leap off the horses.

- The drawer bottoms were reinforced to prevent sag.

I also reinforced the top to keep it from sagging if top loaded or used as a load bearing platform for sleeping and such.
Most of these purchased have bottom sheets to them. I didn't want to sacrifice an inch of drawer depth just to do so. Besides, the bed can still drain naturally and won't create a rust haven between the bed and bottom sheet.

Customer just sent these pics of his roof rack I built late last year.

This is a better view of how the rack is divided up for dedicated storage use. Customer intended on putting down wood slats in the rear half.

What size tubing is that (everything except the rear hoop?)
Also - does this one have the small legs that rest on the roof canvas (hard to tell), if so, are they needed or could
additional supports come off of the antenna mount?
Last question - how many inches is the top rail from the base of the rack 5"?
Thanks,

My question- is the rear hoop a continuation of the rear bumper? Or is it all one unit?

Rear hoop has a slug welded into it to slip fit down into the stock bumperette. It can then be cross drilled and quick pinned or fastened with a nut and bolt. I have used sheet metal screws to hold it in place while transiting to the powder coat shop.
I also strategically locate the rear bolting points to match up to the holes on a Hi Lift jack. So by using 2 longer bolts and some 1" spacers, you also get a hi lift mount.

I have 3 items on my 710 that were made by Andre, all flawless. Currently working on a 4th, which I will post photos of after I have it powder coated locally.
