I posted a new video to my resto channel of the various smaller projects I have been doing to the c303 until I can wrap a garage around it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zDclaaH3MY

Thanks for sharing the video. I plan on doing that brake light upgrade.

I noticed the seats weren't stock. What make/model did you find that fits? Was it alot of work to modify them?

Cheers-

Hey Freshy! Those seats are Bestop TrailMax II Pro (separate headrest). The material is like denim coated with rubber, super durable, though I wish I would have gotten the same material in the center (do that if you order them, it is much more durable/stain resistant than the softer center fabric.)

I used the adjustable frames from the old, torn up OEM seats, though I had to remove a couple of metal flanges with a cutter and drill some mounting holes in it that would fit the mounting holes on the seat. Once in, I have noticed that the old seat belt (which I was planning to replace anyhow) does not fit with the width of the new seats. It hits right where the recliner lever on the seat is. On my youtube channel I have a video showing the plasma cutting on the seat bracket.

I will say that the seats are extremely comfortable to drive short or long distances in. They fit the ride height and adjust front to back. Definitely an improvement over the stock.

Hope you are well, mate! show more pics of your ride!

Thanks for the deets Madmax! I got quoted $225 to reupholster so $318 for those sweet seats doesn't seem too bad.

As for pics I attached one of my favorite. I just love the instrumentation in the Volvo. :-)

Here are some pics from when I took it out to a Bill Burke class in Bend, OR. Blew a front boot and he helped me do a field repair with gorilla tape that lasted 300 miles!
