Unleaded gas?

I read a blurb on this issue on one of the pinz sites. Will running unleaded gas be an issue? If so, what do I need to look for to keep this from being an issue? TIA

To expand on Skybarney's post...
It really comes down to what you're comfortable with.
In a nutshell, one side says there's enough lead-buildup in there to last for the remainder of the engine's life. The other side says to use a lead additive.
Me? I'm middle of the road... I'm not concerned about it, but I throw in a lead additive once every 3 to 5 fill-ups. I figure, better safe then sorry, right?

well - I just purchased ( 2 weeks ago) a 1975 - 712 SAN (origin Swiss Army) and it has 3 stickers on it (inside driver's door, dashboard and tank) that the vehicule has been reconditioned to run on lead free gasoline. One have to note that we only have a choice of 95 or 98 grade gasoline here in Europe. I am lucky as I live in Luxemburg and I am able to purchase the cheapest gasoline in Europe - which still is about 4.5 euros per gallon or 1.17 euros per liter of 95 (which is what I use).
