Best guy in the wheel making business is True Design. I know a shop that he makes all the beadlocks for. Seems to do good work for them.
Not too far from where your at I believe.

What are the largest tires anyone is running on an unmodified 710?

I'm running 285/75R16 BF Goodrich AT KO's comfortably, on stock rims. Some say that is too wide for 6.5" rims, but I'm very comfortable with them. The other large tire I have seen is a 305/70R16 Goodyear MRT; although it seemed OK, that's just a little too wide for me -- maybe if you needed significant floatation for sand and mud, but otherwise I'd not go that wide.

I had my stock wheels widened by http://www.diamondracingwheels.com/TruckerSeries.htm. Talk to Bill Tandetzke at 800-937-4407.

I machined a fixture with the Pinz bolt pattern to fit their wheel making machine. They should still have it. They cut the rims off of my old wheels and welded new 8" rims back on with the proper back spacing. I went with about 1/4" more back spacing than stock to give the best steering. I would suggest 8" rather than 10" width to minimize bump steer.

anthony,
thanks for the M.J.Lee Engineering number, as for the volvo tgb1314 it's going slowly as busy with other projects.........if you click on my ride at the base of this posting you will find a couple of photos -one clearly shows the extension to the body, also have recently purchased a diesel engine for it, i'm just waiting for the spare gearbox housing to fabricate the adapter to a zf gearbox.

I'm running LTB-08 swampers on mine as are several other people on the board, that's why I'm running mine. I think they are 34" and wide enough for me to get through FL mud in most cases.
