Axle boots

This week I am replacing the axle rubber boots (all 4 are shreeded).
It is really labourous and time consuming job.
A real pain is to drive out the rusted bolts holding the outer axles on place.
My question is if someone have an information regarding how much shall I tighten those bolts back (and a side mounted centering bolt too).

I do 250 Nm, with new nuts and bolts.
