Seeking BN4 Parts!

Post by AdamH »

In need of BN4 part: I got my early Bn4 heater working, but the gas line from the fuel regulator into the combustion chamber seem to have a bad crimp/seal and is leaking. Anyone have one of these parts or know where I can get one? Any info would be highly appreciated!

TSC (Tractor Supply Co) hydraulics dept could likely rebuild it. The ends look good.

Cheers, Clive

PS mention that you need fuel compatible hose.

Good luck

Apparently tractor supply in the suburbs doesn't do hydraulic repairs.... good thought though!

Napa or Advanced auto parts. Pacific Rubber Supply. Having your location would help to help you find a repair.

Is it worth a drive to the country?

I had the same problem last week when I went looking for a pitch fork.

OK, so I found a place to fix it- a hydraulics place in town. Gave me weird looks and kept saying its too small and its not going to work, but then did it in the end.
Now I've got different problems.....
When I had the leak, it would actually fire up. Now I've fixed the leak, and I know gas is getting through, it just does nothing. The fuel pump kinda makes random thumping sound that it didn't before, although I tested and fuel is getting through, at least through the pressure regulator. So I'm at a loss now. Back to the drawing board....
