Well, it appears that I may be moving and probably won't be able to take the Pinz with me. A Ural and a Tiger 800xc get used far more, and space may be limited.
The truck has many upgrades, but she isn't a fully restored pristine example of a Pinz. So if you want one of those, see the one recently listed. Now, full disclosure, I put this truck on its side...but it got pulled back over and i continued down the trail. The only damage was the aluminum rails I had originally installed didn't help protect it and I put a small dent in the side of the truck just below the drivers door. You can see the dent beneath the new rail in my pics. I was going to fix it, but no time. There are a couple of tie-down straps that need to be replaced as well and leather buckles are weathered. Truck has always been stored indoors.
* Fully civi ignition conversion (old parts go with)
* New shocks from EI (Doetsch)
* Stainless muffler from EI
* Custom front bumper and side rails (old 2-piece comes with)
* LED taillights
* 5 month old batteries.
* Tires are pretty much new.
* Clear vinyl windows in cover were replaced last year.
* Rear locker seals replaced...i did a write-up about it here.
* Winter chains.
* Gas heater, (worked when I drove the truck home from Pinzgauer Canada but hasn't put out heat since. Wasn't a concern as I don't drive in the winter and never bothered to fix it)
* Various tools I bought for the truck go with it as well.
This year I was going to investigate a noise from the tranny, but she shifts and drives fine. I paid $13k from Pinzgauer Canada a few years ago, without the upgrades listed above. I am asking $10k Can. I am firm on that price. Insurance is $207 a year for me, so if I have to find storage I can, but would like to see it driven. For anyone south of the border...i am 45 minutes from Ogdensburg, NY. Would consider a partial trade for a Quad and cash.
