I'm selling my 710M after over a decade of ownership. Strong runner, in really good shape, just had it gone over by Tony the Pinz Doctor here in Phoenix. I don't have time to get it out in the dirt where it needs to be so hopefully it can go to a good home where it will get dirty often. It will need new tires, but they're such a personal decision I'd rather just let the new owner decide what kind they want - your offer can take that into account.
