Mt. Hood Camping

Post by mjfreshyfresh »

We've had some really warm and sunny weather in Portland, Oregon and I've been taking advantage of it in the C303. Did some mountain biking on Sandy Ridge then went exploring on the Western side of Mt. Hood via Lolo Pass. Found this camp spot with a huge view of Mt. Hood. (attached). Getting up to the spot required a bit of clearance which was not an issue. ;-)

Hood area has a ton of great spots! Working on kitting up the Pinz and leaving the Vanagon at home for a few weekends. Found you on IG and maybe our paths will intersect soon.

I need to be there.

Do you mind if I add this pic to the rotator at the top of the page?
