Any tips on alignment?
I replaced the tie rod ends today. All went well, easy job... And the bonus of no rot surprise after removing the skid plate. I'd like to double check the alignment to ensure everything is up to spec. Does anyone know the factory specs off hand? Do I test loaded like a Pinzgauer?

If you counted the number of turns out and put the new ones in the same number it should be good. If you can't find the specs and it's not pulling either way you should be fine. I would guess a slight toe in of 3-4 mm max and then watch the tire wear and feel on smooth pavement.
Good luck.

Yes before doing anything on my steering I always make it up so the new stuff lines up the same as the old - has worked to date.

I did the same, but who knows if it was to spec when I bought it

If it's not pulling or eating tires you're good to go! After all there is very little chance of setting a speed record in a Halflinger.

From what I remember it's 0 toe, measured with two personnel in the cab.
