What are my source options for replacing my 1971 Pathfinder's brake master cylinder?

Early VW, up to 1957, 19mm piston, block off extra ports with 1/8" pipe plugs, use locktite on plugs. Also have to drill out mounting threads or just use original bolts without the nuts.
