Hey Mike,
Got one of the K079 when they first came out... unfortunately, still in the box :( .... pieces too small for my hands... goin' to have to keep modin' the full side model . :lol:

I've got the same model, mine is still in the box aswell, :D I will get round to building it one day. ( I've already got the illuminated magnifying glass, it will be needed !! :( )

You need to build it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont like it so much now...... enough trouble playing with big bits let alone taking mini Pinz's home and dismantling them :roll:

I also bought that model. It took me 3 years to build it! Mainly because I have a real Pinz parked outside and it just feels wrong spending time on a model when my real one needs attention, which is most of the time.

3 years!!!!

for 50quid I thought it was in one piece........ must be a really nice model, but tinkering with plastic is not my thing now days

Yeah Mike... I expected a CKD and a tart for the assembly ( isn't that the going price? :D )... Imagine my disappointment when I got only one small box in the post. :lol: :roll:

Mike, just set the box in front of me, and already know I'm in trouble... it clear states " This Product is not a toy, AND is unsuitable for children". :roll:

Once the box is opened, the lid won't shut completely again, and the instructions are 12 pages long (in comparision, Jim's EFI conversion sheets are only 3 pages :wink: )

Think I'll stick to building Haflingers... parts aren't that tiny or fragile. :lol:
