Some pictures of my 1997 716 having a hard top fitted along with me rebuilding the engine complete paint job and lots of other work.

Spent the last 18 months working on her

Looks like it’s coming along nicely Steve, are you in the UK? Your profile is a bit barren. :lol:

I’m curious how you are configuring it in back. In the shot with the tailgate down and the tire carrier swung out it looks like you have shelving or cabinets inside on the aft port side. How about some interior photos?

Hi Ed Yes Im in the UK Its good to have a RHD Pinz over here my first Pinz was a LHD 710M then I moved on to my my first 716 Diesel sold that and got this one.
I love the diesel ones and particularly like the smaller 716

In the back I have it kitted out with a bed, 24volt microwave, camping table, tirfor hand winch, hi lift jack, chair,tool kit, spare parts, first aid kit, 2 fire extinguishers couple of boxes for keeping clothes in. Also has a small drop down table and a 2 seat bench seat, along with a heavy duty draw system

I also fabricated the spare wheel carrier from some box section a a bit of flat plate, it works well

Very nice, could you supply more info about your microwave? I haven't seen refference to them before.

Yes its a 24volt Samsung Road Mate have a look here. It comes in handy when out on the trails for a weekend or just to warm a pie up
